I’m planning on getting a Nintendo DS and I was wondering how games are stored? Is it saved onto the hard drive like a PS3, or are their memory cards like a PS2? Can I save Game Boy Advance games in the same manner as DS games (like if there is a memory card, can I save Advance and DS games on the same type of card? Thanks!

I bought my cousin’s Nintendo DS(along with all his games) from him. I’m playing a pokemon game and whenever I click Save it says: “There is already a saved game file. It is impossible to save.” Any suggestions?? I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to lose my progress.
