Following the vast popularity of Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl, Pokémon Platinum is the newest in the core series of Pokémon games. Pokémon Platinum features a new story full of adventure, never-before-seen forms of powerful Pokémon – including the legendary Giratina’s Origin Forme – and the Distortion World, a mysterious new world that suddenly appears in the Sinnoh region. In addition, with Pokémon Platinum up to 20 players can interact with other Pokémon fans from around the world in the new Wi-Fi Plaza, featuring mini-games and activities. Players can also enjoy the new features in the Global Terminal, such as posting battle videos using the new “Vs. Recorder.” In addition, Pokémon Platinum features a new Battle Frontier, where the toughest Trainers can test their skills in new ways. I was under the impression when I bought this game that it was a brand new one and had a different story line.

Almost as same as D/P but still great to play and to Complete!
Well this game is practically the same as Diamond and Pearl, but with extra features. I love this game even if it is the same but it still give you those countless hours of joy…

Best price, great game
Ordered this for sons 8th birthday, quick delivery and my son was over the moon. He really loves this game, which is different from Pokemon Diamond that he already has.

Great Game!
I really do love this game, yes it is similar to Diamond and Pearl but if you are a fan of the Pokemon games that wont matter.

This game is great fun to play, and all the extras from Diamond and Pearl make it a much more enjoyable and original game.

Quite Fun and still Pokémon.
The game is fun and good but I must also point out that I’ve not played pearl/diamond. If I had bought them I probably wouldn’t've bought this. However it is a good game.

ITS NOT A WASTE OF MONEY I love this game.
